Scleral Tissue for Surgical Use

Saving Sight offers scleral tissue in a variety of sizes according to your specific requirements.

The posterior pole is recovered with the cornea in the field and brought back to the Saving Sight laboratory for processing. The sclera is cleaned and dehydrated using 95% Ethyl alcohol and cut into whole, half, or quarter sections.
